This was the second time our group of 29 stayed at this hotel. The staff is very warm and friendly, especially in the restaurant ! The rooms are clean and comfortable, although the hallways an elevators could use a little freshening. The best feature is the large pool and HUGE hot tub which are open till 11 pm. Great to relax in after a long day in the parks. The hotel is conveniently located; a short drive from Williamsburg attractions. The only black mark was a billing problem which resulted in our group members receiving room bills even though we had paid cash up front for all the rooms. The front desk staff was able to straighten things out, but it took some time. Overall, it was a good stay, and we would definitely stay here again.

Now we visit Williamsburg three or time a year due to the fact were rollercoaster nuts and this is definetly the best place to stay near the parks and colonial williamsburg. Now dont get me wrong its not the cheapest place to stay but here is why it rates so high on my list
1. Location - within 10 mins of attractions
2. there are a ton of eating places and bars in walking distance to the hotel
3. The staff are always jolly and helpful
4. the breakfast is just amazing for the price
5. The rooms are clean and well appointed
6. the beds are some of the most comfy hotel bedsI have slept on
The only downside is its not uba cheap ( but you pay for what you get) and the rooms sell out early so you need to book ahead

The hotel was off the beaten path but close to a lot of the attractions in the Williamsburg area. Near good restaurants (including upscale dining and fast food). The staff was excellent and couldn't of been more helpful. Their senior rate was great; considering we went early in Aug (which is high season). On site restaurant that services breakfast (cost you pay, not included in rate). The pool is both indoors and out and nice area (outside) to sit and take in the sun. We will be staying there anytime we return to Williamsburg.

We stayed 1 night to go to Busch Gardens and wish it could've been longer. Excellent front desk staff, very clean & comfortable rooms (had connecting room with friends ). Everyone we encountered was very pleasant. The breakfast buffet was very good and, again, the staff was a pleasure to be around. We would definitely stay here again.
