Thank you for the feedback about your stay. Our breakfast buffet is one of the best perks of our hotel. I am glad that Cynthia made up for the experience you had at the bar. We look forward to seeing you all the next time you are in town.

The staff here was simply amazing. This included everyone, front desk, maintenance, cooks, managers and even the folks busing tables. We had a few issues while we stayed there but one phone call and they were all resolved completely with a follow-up from the Manager on duty.

Here’s one example. Our son woke up sick one morning so my wife went to get him some breakfast. She happened to mention this and the staff jumped into action. They got him some ginger ale and made some chicken soup. Remember, this was at breakfast! She actually made chicken soup at breakfast simply because she heard a guest had a sick son. Simply amazing!

The rooms are a little smaller than a typical Embassy but I would highly recommend this place due to the staff.

Hotel experience was GREAT overall! Room was super clean, felt modern and updated, and beds were comfortable. Hotel staff was terrific. Friendly, outgoing, and seemingly invested in making our stay better. Would happily stay here again. This is an older property, but they've done a nice job of keeping it current and clean.

Good value...great breakfast, happy hour from 5:30-7:30...good location...close to the Visitor's Center ( 5min.) by car...Nearby shopping and restaurants. As stated easy drive to the visitor's center where you park your car and take the free transportation to and from Williamsburg historic area..(you do have to purchase tickets) the buses run till about 10pm...

Hotel was awful! We were staying for our anniversary, and the room smelled awful! When we complained, they gave us another room, but the bathroom was in deplorable condition with mold and mildew, as well as a nasty bathtub! Please don't waste your time or money here, instead, go to the new Hampton Inn/Suites down the road. This is where we went for the last night, and it was terrific!

Our family of 5 (kids 17, 14 and 10) had a great stay at the Embassy Suites Williamsburg. The hotel was packed with families from a softball tournament (we were not part of that), so it was a challenge to stay ahead of the crowd. Both happy hour and breakfast were excellently managed to handle the heavy load, with excellent choices for both events. The breakfast cook was particularly thoughtful and excellent - cooking eggs exactly the way you like them (not just over easy, but specifically so that the whites are cooked but the yokes are runny). The hotel manager set up a Wii in the lobby to give the kids something to do, which was more than you'll find at most hotels. My Hilton Gold status was recognized and they were able to offer us an upgrade which gave everyone there own bed - a real luxury during a road-trip vacation! Dinner recommendation and tips for visiting Colonial Williamsburg were spot-on. Highly recommended and would definitely return.

The entire property is clean and attractive. The rooms are spacious with the room have a separate bedroom area. The sitting area also has a flat screen TV. The sitting room has a pull out sofa, refrigerator, microwave coffee pot and sink.

The bathroom is large, comfortable and well stocked. Plenty of lighting and counter space. The room is very clean, beds and pillows are very comfortable.

The highlight for me was the extra large buffet breakfast. Eggs, to order, pancakes freshly made, waffles, fresh fruits and a large assortment of fruits, oatmeal and grits. If you prefer the standard hotel breakfast that's available also.

In the early afternoon there are cookies and brownies available along with coffee which is available 24/7. Later at late afternoon they open the bar And put out snacks. Pizza Hut is also available in the hotel.

If all Embassy Suites are like this one, I've found a new place to stay. This will be the first hotel I look for.
