My sister and I love this hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful. When you come back to your hotel after being gone, they always say "welcome home."
I love the layout of their rooms. My sister is an early riser and she can go out in the kitchen and living room in the morning and not disturb my sleep.
They have great breakfast food. They offer dinner during the week so if you're on a tight budget you can save a lot of money. We like to eat out so have not taken advantage of this service.

We had come down here from Virginia Beach to get away from Sandy, when we got there the staff was very welcoming, and the hotel looked great.The staff was perfect and great to talk to, they even helped us by letting us know about the different places to eat that were more kid friendly. On our second night my kids wanted to hook up the computer to the TV and watch some movies, we couldn't figure it out so my son went to the front desk to ask if it was possible, the girl at the front desk (Debbye) was great, she came down to the room and knew exactly how to set it up. she had it up and running in about 2 minutes! she was very sweet, and made my kids feel great. She talked to them like they were members of her own family and not just some kids in a hotel. She even helped us find some new shows on netflix that she thought the boys would like. When we came down in the morning we saw her again, and again she still had a smile on her face, asked how we liked the movie, and even remembered my boys names, and told my youngest son she thought his shirt eas great and even knew the actual name of the character on it! This made my son very happy that someone else liked sopmething he was very much into. This staff member made us really feel like we were staying more at a member of our family's home rather then a hotel. All the staff members from the front desk, breakfast, and housekeeping were wonderful. I know if i need to get away for a day or two I found my new favorite place. I will let all my friends and family know this is the hotel to stay in, in Williamsburg, Va

All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was fantastic. I have absolutely no complaints about my trip. I don't know if this is just the way things are done in Williamsburg, or if it's how things are done at all the locations. But if it's the latter, then I've found the only hotel I'll always look to stay at while traveling.

The hotel was very nice. I was the special guest of the day. The next morning I had a table and newspaper reserved for me. The manager and staff was very helpful at all times. Nice restaurants close by for what ever you have in mind. If in the area will stay!!
