“Nice Place!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 28, 2013

Our visit to this hotel was awesome. This hotel was part of a package we purchased, a very pleasant surprise! The staff were very friendly (especially front desk clerk), rooms clean, good location. Excellent breakfast choices: eggs ,sausage, English muffins, French toast sticks, cereal, fresh fruit, juice and coffee.. all free! We would definitely stay at this place again.

You must have been here last week during tournament week. This was a busy week all over Williamsburg. It was a pleasure hosting the teams, come back and see us again.

The bed was uncomfortable. I requested to change the mattress, but I received no reply and no change was made. The breakfast was good, but there was no enough seats to the guests in the breakfast room. Most of the guests need to take the breakfast to their room or to eat in sofas in the lobby area, which was very inconvenient.

The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. There was a full continental breakfast with eggs, sausage, french toast, rolls, muffins, cereal, coffee, juices, milk, etc. It was a great place to stay at a reasonable price.

We spent 4 nights here and found it to be clean and all you need. We paid 80 a night and was glad for hot breakfast, USAToday everyday, and the beds slept good. If you are looking for frills or " pampered service" dont expect it for 80 bucks but if you want a good clean room and close location to everything, then yep, here it is. Only cons would be that wireless internet is slow and practically unusable and the Hot tub is really just a lukewarm tub. Other than that, we will be back!

Stayed one night, bathroom was gross, found 3 different previous guests hair! One was on top of the faucet. Don't know how housekeeper missed that. Towels smelled, pillows were lumpy bags, breakfast was terrible, hallways and elevator were hot, landscaping was run down, and lastly after checking in we parked and came in a side door (you should need a keycard to unlock) it was damaged and remained somewhat open. We just walked in without having to use our card and so could anyone else.

We apologize for not exceeding your expectations. I believe the day you were with us someone ran into the door with a luggage cart and broke the door hinge which was quickly repaired. We are sorry for the difficulties you experienced during your stay.

We got this hotel for a very good price. The breakfast was decent. The breakfast area did not have enough seating and was always crowded in the morning. The pool was big and did not have a lot of chlorine in it. The jacuzzi was only half working. The staff was friendly. Our beds were stiff and the bath tub had some mold in the grout of the tile. I have stayed at better hotels. We got what we payed for here and had a good time!
