This hotel is really quit nice. The staff is also great, and yes we were also offered a bottle of water, not only at our arrival, but also at our departure.
We didnt only stay here on our way to Richmond, but also on the way back home.

Called late at night during a long drive and they had rooms! :) at a fantastic price too! Gorgeous, clean & comfortable room. Coffee 24 hrs a day, free anything you can think of yummy breakfast, clean and warm pool... I hope all hampton inns are like this! If we are ever this way again, we will stay for sure!

Typical Hampton Inn with a crucial exception...the young staff is just amazing! They offered cold bottled water upon arrival and departure. One girl was on the phone while I checked out with another gal. The gal on the phone paused her phone conversation to say goodbye to me. What great customer service. I almost did not want to leave because they were so genuine...lol.
The area is beautiful...great location near shopping! Comfy bed, large flat screen with DVD player.

This hotel is fairly new, so everything was is good condition. The service was friendly and professional. Our room was very clean, bright, and tastefully decorated. The rooms have a small refrigerator, microwave, and a one cup coffee maker. I've read that the refrigerator and window unit AC noises were bothersome to other reviewers, but to us, the convenience of having these appliances outweighed the minor noises. (especially if you're staying for longer than one or two nights) The hotel offers free breakfast, a gym, and a heated indoor pool.

This hotel is conveniently located near lots of stores and restaurants, some within walking distance.

Only negatives.....the bed was hard, and the pillows are the air filled type that flatten as soon as your head hits them.....no matter how many you pile up.

For the price, the Hampton Inn offers a lot. We'd definitely stay again.
