Wonderful restaurant in a quaint little town! The bar areas are beautiful, both first and basement level. You won't be dissapointed!

“Not impressed with lunch but would try again”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 31, 2009

Tried the Iron Bridge for lunch about 2 months ago. My order came out wrong, but since I was in a group, didn't complain or send it back like I would have if I'd been with my husband. I ordered a steak wrap sandwich with no mushrooms, and it came with mushrooms and lots of them. Ordered the meat cooked medium, and it was well done & chewy. Yuck. The appetizers were decent - calamari & mini pizzas - though not very original, and I expected more from this place. I would go back for one more try.

If you are looking for a great place to sit and enjoy some wine with someone special or a group of friends, this place needs to be considered. Its a bit of a hike, but if you haven't been to old town Warrenton, it is worth the drive. Fantastic and reasonably priced wine list. Nice sized pours on the glasses of wine, most between $7-11. Dinner menu is limited, which is why I didn't rate it higher, but we had the cheese plate and red pepper hummus appetizers and they were excellent compliments to the wine. Great atmosphere, and service was fantastic!
