My Significant Other planned a short weekend getaway for us and we stayed at this B and B... Overall I enjoyed this unique B and B. Our room was clean and while the furniture was "antique" it was well maintained. We stayed in the "Loft" room and I was a little nervous about this because of other's reviews on this room stating that it was loud, hard for them to sleep, etc... but I was pleasantly surprised! We really didn't hear the receptionist downstairs in the office or the phone both during or after hours. I will second what others have said and say that the TV was small and that the breakfast was not very much for a B and B (2 muffins and 2 scones, orange juice and coffee) but it was good quality. It was brought to the room within minutes of our request for it.
I will say that I found the Waterwheel restraunt overpriced and a limited selection; be forewarned also that if you desire to find somewhere else nice to eat the selections are limited and at least a 45 minute drive away...
Overall this was a nice experience and the town of Warm Springs was quaint. Good for a weekend getaway if you're going to explore the area, but very indulgent if you plan on just staying in the room for the weekend. Also, the bed was very comfortable, both my significant other and I slept remarkably well through the night.
