“Authentic and delicious”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 24, 2013

This is the best place for dinner within miles. The food and drinks are very authentic and done very well - a blend of many different latin cuisines. Given the name, you should have a mojito, and they're very reasonably priced - especially during happy hour.

“Mojitos are awesome!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 20, 2013

Fried plantains are great... homemade and delicious. Also, the crab espinanca dip was superb. After our app and drink we had high expectations for the fish tacos. They were good but not incredible. But, I would go back and try something else!

“Best Restaraunt in 10 Days”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 12, 2013 via mobile

Been working in the area for 10 days now. Hands down, this is the best restaraunt so far. It's a small place (8 tables and bar seating) and kinda hard to find (next to Subway). Inside is bright, lively music, and a waitress (Brittany) that is equally as enthusiastic. She's attentive, knows the menu and food flavors thoroughly, and genuinely seems to enjoy her job. Mojitos $4 and my entrees running around $13. I've tried several items (Cuban menu), unique tastes for me, but none disappointed. All i can say us give it a try!

“Great Friday Night Experience”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 17, 2012

My husband and I decided to try this cafe. Very cozy and the food was very tasty. Our waitress was very attentive and had great suggestions. The bread pudding was the best I have ever had. the photos except for the vegetables for the day was presented in the same format. I had the shrimps with garlic and lime with black beans and rice and sweet (yellow) plantains. It was very good. We also had the beef empanades. We enjoyed the semi-private ambiance of this establishment.

“Authentic fresh Cuban cuisine!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 8, 2012 via mobile

I was in town for business for over a week and I ate here almost every night they were open. Small, warm & cozy atmosphere. Ropa is fantastic but the piccadillo stuffed plantains with melted Swiss absolutely was awesome. Great pork sandwich and maduros very tasty too. The best empanada if ever had. Try the chorizo. Crispy fried banana cheese cake…the name says it all. Of course the best mojito I've ever had. Highly recommended.
