Walked here to dinner from our hotel. The place is a hole in the wall in a strip of businesses, but was worth the walk. Small inside with only a dozen of so tables, but the crowd turned over pretty quickly so that was not an issue. Had the fish tacos which were very good. My lovely wife had a burrito, which was the size of a baby's head and served as well for lunch the next day. The guacamole was chocked full of chunks of avocado and was great. We had to wait until a new batch of chips fried up, but they were still warm at the table.
The place is small, and the staff is sized to match, so it might seem a little understaffed. The size, along with the window counter seating and the surfing memorabilia on the walls, is part of the character of the place so just go with it. Don't get dressed up -- vacation casual was fine. May go back for the breakfast burrito. We'll see.
