I have eaten in top notch sushi restaurants from Honolulu to NYC and many places in between. Blue Fin compares "flavorably" with the best of them. There are several good sushi places in Virginia Beach, including Zushi, Kanpai and Pacifica to name several. In my opinion, Blue Fin tops them all. One of the things that I particularly like about Blue Fin is that Evan, the sushi chef, uses REAL crab meat - not surimi. Bravissimo - or whatever the Japanese equivalent is.
