We were looking for something clean and affordable with a jacuzzi tub in the room, and this was the place! We were only there for one night so we didn't need or make use of the kitchen other than to pop some popcorn in the microwave and keep some drinks cold in the fridge. There seemed to be everything you would need to spend an extended amount of time though. Dishes, knives, silverware, etc. (even a wine opener, which we always forget to take) all wrapped in plastic. Being an extended stay type of hotel they do not provide coffee(just the coffee maker) and toiletries, other than soap. Bed was pretty comfy. Towels and linens were typical of what you find in most affordable hotels. There is a small pool on the 4th floor. We didn't use it but did stop by and check it out. It's a nice atrium kind of room so the sun can shine in. Not hot tub. I guess they have bikes and beach chairs that are free for guest to use.It was the off season and cold so we didn't use any of that but it would be a nice perk when the weather is nice.We didn't try the cafe either. As others have said this place definetly shows it's age and could use some updating. I don't mind older if it's clean, and it was clean! It's not a luxury hotel. There are plenty of those along the same strip if it's worth it to you to pay the price for that. If clean, comfortable and affordable on the beach is what you want than this is a nice place. I would would stay here again!

. A great place for a relaxing get away.

We've been going to The Four Sails for the last 18 years and although we don't get the chance to go every year, we do enjoy our stay every time we go. My only complaint would be that it's starting to show it's age and look tired and needs to be updated.
The staff have always been friendly as well as house keeping. The rooms are always clean also.
There's a small parking garage on site and is not suited for larger vehicles, but I have a mini-van and have managed it without problems. Longer and taller vehicles wouldn't fit though and would have to park in another lot of theirs, two block over.
I'll be going back when I can, and hopefully they'll resolve these issues in time.

My family stayed here for several days over Christmas. The staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating. Our room was clean, comfortable, spacious, quiet, and serene. We had everything we needed in our suite. The kitchen was equipped with the basics, the bedroom was comfortable, and the livingroom area was nice. Having two balconies was an added bonus, and we enjoyed going out on both (one faced the street, and was fun for "people watching". The other was ocean front and great for coffee and a good book). A great place for a relaxing get away. We would definitely stay there, and would refer a friend!
