Mr. Serpe has done again, as he has so many times over the decades: He has delivered the goods! The rosemary focaccia was fragrant, light and served straight out of the fire. The house salad was amply and evenly dressed with a Serpe variant of the classic Caesar dressing and topped with fresh sliced mushrooms. I tried a special of the night, Seafood Marechiaro. This perfect culinary symphony consisted of expertly cooked white fish with shrimp and steamed mussels, baby Octopus. All ingredients were married blissfully together in spaghettini (just to the point of al dente) and a tomato-seafood broth that was absolutely divine!
