It's hard to rate this because my experience ranged from awful to amazing. First, the good, the services were tremendous - massage, facial, mani-pedi - all were outstanding. Excellent therapists. Nice meditation room. Attractive facilities except for the stingy locker room (it is shared with poolgoers, so no amenities at all, no blow dryer)
Unfortunately the excellent services were almost completely overshadowed by TERRIBLE front desk and management. On the day in question, they were "out of towels." You heard me - not just towels for the pool-goers, but no towels for the spa guests! Outrageous, made worse by the staff reaction. "Oh, sorry, we're having a problem with the towels and we don't know when they'll be here." Excuse me? This is a hotel and you're telling me there are no towels in the entire hotel? I ended up using a second robe as a towel.
On checkout, I stood at the desk for more than 10 minutes. Finally a girl came out of the back room - I said "what's up" and her response was to look grumpy and say "just doing a load of laundry."
