“Great guest service”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 22, 2013

I would recommend this hotel to others as it is a great value with clean rooms. The front desk personnel are very accomodating and friendly. The rooms include a working microwave, refrigerator, landline phone, TV, and Wi-Fi. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable . This hotel is convenient and easy to drive to the Farm Bureau Live as it is located near 264. It is also convenient to the ocean front by car or if you want you can leave your car at the hotel and take the 20 bus to 19th Street for $1.50 each way. It's better then looking for and paying for parking . There is a great Mexican restraunt right next door if you like mexican. Convenient to fast foods like Burger King, Taco Bell, McDonalds. There is also a Pharmacy right across the street. If you have a problem contact the front desk, they will do everything they can to help you in anyway they can. I would definitley stay here again.

Where do I begin...the door had been kicked in. It had an open crack underneath the door. The bed was broke so you go in all directions. There was a dirty washrag in the drawer in a plastic bag. There are huge cobwebs all over the ceiling which I tool pictures of. There was hair all in the bathtub. The shampoo that is in the room had previously been used and was half full with a hair stuck to it. I was told that they werent going to do anything about it because we would of had to cancel 24 hrs in advance. BELIEVE me if I would have seen this hotel 24 hrs in advance I would have ran. Not to mention I payed 225.00 for my room.

I do apologize for your recent visit. I (General Manger) was here all day on 8/31, and nothing was brought to my attention. If I had been advised of the issues you addressed, we would've made changes to your room. We try to accomodate every guest. Thank you for your time and review.

Tim was very nice and very helpful. Our first room the girl gave us was not re-modeled but the second one was and it was very nice. The bathroom door was the last to upgrade but you can tell the Patel's are doing their best to make it better. The Patel's and the Desi's always make for a great stay. Thanks guys.

Not at Town Center. Stayed here for 2 days, wedged near the Interstate, about 7 miles from oceanfront. It was a functional and well cleaned room, in a complex populated by guest construction workers and those with Ontario plates. You'll need the car to pick up incidentals, because the area is not pedestrian friendly. The breakfast was spartan, but good. Rates are often a bargain, except on beach-goer weekends. The only complaint was that the desk failed to mention that jackhammers were going to be used for repairs outside a few first floor rooms.

Thank you for your review. Town Center is approx. 3 miles; 4-5 minutes drive depending on traffic. (Little secret for next time; Our property is on the back way to get to Town Center, avoiding traffic and lights). We are directly off the interstate, so it is a busy area for pedestrians. We are still renovating, so I apologize for the jackhammers. I will say the majority of the pounding has stopped. Looking forward to your next visit!!

I came to Virginia Beach for my birthday and was surprised to have such great service. The front desk clerk was very nice, the rooms were clean & the distance to and from Virginia beach was great. I will definitely b back! :)

This HOTEL is very close and is an easy drive to concerts at the Farm Bureau Live. It is located near 264 and not in a great neighborhood, but our stay was quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room seemed clean but retained a smell from the days when they must have allowed smoking in it. The A/C worked great. This is a no frills place to crash after the concert.

Room Tip: No room is better than the next unless you ask for one that's been remodled...

The room was small and dirty. The blankets were covered in hair...couldn't sleep with them. The bathroom looked like it had been remodeled but very poorly. The cleaning crew was amazing though. We asked for towels and it was extremely quick! The area was okay, however it did not seem extremely safe. Overall though it was okay for the price. I would only recommend if it is a last resort. Compared to the cost of others in the area it is much cheaper...you pay what you get for though...
