if you want to be able to park your car and just enjoy shopping, eating, and sipping some wine in the hotel lounge or walking to one of the restaurants or bars nearby this hotel is for you. The rooms are spacious and clean, the service nice and we have not been disappointed. The bar is too small for the property and its hard to get a seat on the weekends is my only complaint, but there are plenty of other places to go like the Palms or Cheesecake Factory,or numerous other familiar restaurants. The palms is great for Friday happy hour. We ordered appetizers at the bar and they were very good! Happy hour pricing was a surprise! You can walk around the galleria or drive over to Tyson's Mall. There is no morning coffee as another reviewer mentioned, but you can get a
Starbucks in the Galleria. There is a small but nice gym also. Overall it is a nice property with lots nearby or if you just want to stroll through the mall, eat and drink without worrying about driving around. There is jazz in the bar if you can get a seat on the weekends. My college kids like the hotel and the shopping. It's a good family place. The concierge floor offers food and drink and is a good value added service. We have been coming here for years and in fact have booked two nights during thanksgiving break so we can get some shopping done with the kids!
