“Pleasant place”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 7, 2013 via mobile

We have enjoyed this place very much, but I still cannot give it 5★ review.
The food was very tasty but, as many people pointed out, it came out lukewarm. If you're alone, that's not a problem. However, if you're trying to have a conversation over a plate of fetuccine, you run a risk of having it cool and congeal.
Service was very good, but not every table gets the same treatment. Some people have their wine bottle wrapped in a towel while others don't. Makes you wonder if you ordered a cheap wine that doesn't come with the same treatment. :)
Our bill came out to roughly $90 for a 3-course meal with a bottle of wine.

“Great Appetizers at a Great Price”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 9, 2013

The wide range of appetizers available at half price at the bar at Happy Hour is astonishing. The kitchen does not scrimp by providing petite portions. The choices are sensational. Add to that the fact that drink prices are also half price. A perfect spot to meet a friend and enjoy great surroundings, great food and great drinks.

“Good but slow service”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 24, 2013 via mobile

Good food but slow to super slow service. Also food delivered was not the food ordered. Due to time constraints we excepted the food.... And we were charged for the higher priced item that we did not order.

“Let down”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed February 25, 2013

My husband and I had eaten at the restaurant in North Carolina and the food and service was exceptional. So when we realized the was a Brio in Tyson's we decided to have lunch. The service was pleasant but slow. The food took a long while to arrive. Now I could see the area where meals sat until the server picked them up. While I saw a meal just sitting. So when my meal was delivered it was lukewarm and the dish I saw sitting was gone. Guess that was my meal just sitting. May husband got salmon and said his meal was good but cool. Now, we guess his meal somewhere too.
