Finishing up a week stay here. Very nice and friendly staff. I typically stay at Hilton properties but work put me here. I met the sales director Maggie who was very friendly and easy to work with. The lobby is well decorated and the rooms modern and clean. I had an upgrade to a suite but it wasn't the suite I normally see. I think of a suite where the bedroom is separate from the rest of the room. My wife stayed a night with me and I get up very early (3-4am) and had to leave the room to work on the computer to avoid waking her up. Not a big issue at all. The room is well stocked. The breakfast is pretty good but there is room for improvement. I ate at O'Malley's Pub in the hotel a couple times and the service was pretty bad and the food decent. Traffic in this area is always an issue but they have a free shuttle to the two Tyson's malls as well as a few other locations. I didn't take advantage of it but others in my group did. Our check in was kind of hectic due to the group size but the front desk staff did a great job and actually got everyone checked in pretty fast. I would definitely stay here again if the need arises.
