“Can't go wrong with the ribeye!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 17, 2014

Love this place! It's tucked away on the top level of the Galleria and once you get in there, you'd never know you're in a mall - especially when you go into the back area where the bar is. We've only sat at the bar on a few occasions and find the bar tenders to be very friendly and attentive. As far as steakhouses go, I always order a ribeye medium - in particular, the Wildfire ribeye is always cooked to perfection - the outside of the steak has just the right amount of crisp and the medium is just the right amount of pink - very juicy with an unparalleled taste. The sides - especially the creamed spinach are delish with just the right amount of decadency.

“A great neighborhood restaurant”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 2, 2014 via mobile

My wife and I have been regular customers for many years and for good reason: it is a very good restaurant that is well managed with a very diverse selection of appetizers and entrees. To start the Wildfire .chopped salad is excellent and very creative. A small size salad is too big for us so we order a side order size and we're ready for an entree and the selection is breathtaking with great steaks, burgers, but my favorite is the fish special and if that does not appeal to me, I will opt for the cedar plank Salmon-always a winner. When they have roasted Brussels sprouts, order them! The desserts are generous and certainly worthy of consideration. The ambiance is 1930s speakeasy Chicago style and it works well along with music I know. The restaurant is very clubby and comfortable with lots of leather and wood. The restaurant is busy every night and I am not surprised. Their frequent dinner program and special incentives make it an even better value and the prices are very reasonable for the quality of food and service.

“Good ribs and Prime rib”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed May 19, 2014 via mobile

....But the restaurant was very noisy. We were taken to a table in the middle of the dining room, but the noise level was too high and we asked if there was some place more quiet. They then seated us in the back room which was much better. Everyone was then able to enjoy our ribs and steaks. If you're looking for a quiet place, make sure you ask for the back room. Also, the hot apple pie was very good and big enough to share.

“Great Crabcakes”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 4, 2014 via mobile

The 3 course menu for $40 is a great deal. The crabcakes were mainly crabmeat which is a rare treat these days.

Vegans may struggle to find selections. But the overall variety was great.

“Good”

I've eaten here twice now and its been pretty good. The ravioli was way too salty. Service is great.
