A nice hotel, in terms of the rooms (they are actually suites more than rooms).
Only problem is, that this is sort of the middle of nowhere, unless you have a vehicle. No dining options within walking distance, except for a petrol station, and a Burger King next to it. However, to walk there, one needs to cross a busy highway with no pedestrian crossing obvious.
In close vicinity to Washington Dulles airport with regular shuttles. These take about 12 minutes in light traffic, and probably 15-20 at other times.
On-site restaurant has limited menu, though the hotel provides an on-site mini shop that has some basic drinks, snacks and microwaveable food. The rooms have microwaves.
Internet access is free for speeds up to 384kbps and higher speeds come at a cost. The low speed option works well for most things and I did not have a need to subscribe to the paid option.
To get anywhere, other than calling a taxi, get on the shuttle to the airport, from where you have multiple options.
