There was no evidence that a manager was working that evening, and nobody stopped by our table to ask if we were happy. The waitress brought our food, but then we had to wait for plates to eat while our food cooled. The waitress was too busy talking to coworkers and a couple at a nearby table to keep our drinks filled, and brought back an empty folio instead of the check and my credit card, which I had to find her and request. There were no napkins or flatware on the table, and we had to get these ourselves from another table. Also, they put information on the bill about providing feedback, but then the waitress kept the bill. It would be better if this information were on the customer receipt.
The food was OK, but the service was unacceptable because nobody seemed to be paying attention to details of satisfying customers.
