“Good Find A Must Do Happy Hour”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 26, 2014

We arrived at 4:15 PM an were the only 4 people in the restaurant. Decor is nice. Staff was very friendly. Service was fast of course. The Maryland Crab Soup was excellent , hot, lots of crab good size. The Chef's salad and the house salad were ridiculously large, we ate every bit. The Crab Cakes were large with no filler at all and the were delicious, highly recommended. The Steamed Mussels were very good. We are somewhat snobs about fried oysters. We order them everywhere we travel and these were as good as any I have had recently. I ordered the 6 fried oysters appetizer as my meal. When I saw how large they were I was concerned they might not be done in the inside but they were cooked perfectly, lightly golden outside, juicy inside, ( my wife said next time she will ask to have them cooked 20 seconds longer. As we were leaving the waiter told us all appetizers are half price and some beers are $3 M-F 4-6 PM in the bar area.
We can hardly wait to visit Sterling area again. We all four really enjoyed our meals.

“Never Again”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed June 20, 2014

The food was pricey and was not that good. The server was confused and acted like complimentary potato chips we were given was to us to make up for the poor service, Our orders were not delivered together so everyone had eaten by the time my food arrived. This was too pricey for the terrible service. We do not plan to return.

“One of our favorites!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 18, 2014

As with any new restaurant trying to get off and running there are bumps in the road to over come but aside from sometimes slow service, the service is friendly and the waiter is always considerate. The food is always excellent and the owner is always very kind and friendly. We have made this a family spot to come and enjoy good food even at 9:30 pm.
This place just needs the support of the community to help make it a viable alternative to Red Lobster!

“A Hidden Gem!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 28, 2014

Oh my gosh! Red Lobster was closed due to no power so we went looking for seafood on a Friday night in Lent. Loved the Hush puppies, the crab quesadilla, the crab mac and cheese and especially the crab cakes. Great service and someone came over regularly to check on how we were doing. Awesome place! Give it a try.

“Amazing food, terrible service”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed February 17, 2014

Like others have said, the service left a lot to be desired. If your experience is like ours, expect a 15 minute wait, even with reservations. Expect to sit at the table 15 minutes before the waiter drops by to welcome you. Just be careful not to expect or ask the waiter for anything that might distract him/her. The service alone might doom this restaurant. The waiters, kitchen staff wander around as if they aren't sure what they need to do next with no prioritization.
The owners are nice guys, but, expect too much of their staff. They need guidance.
The food was amazing. The crab cakes were very good, not dry and have very little to no breading. The seafood was cooked perfectly.
We would go back again, but, only for the food. Maybe carry out. If you go, expect great seafood and terrible service. If you are prepared for that, then your meal will be fine.
