In the world of fast food, Chipotle is among the best. The food is consistently fresh, whole and tasty. The Sterling location can have some long lines, but usually they move very quickly - even when they are out the front door.
If you have never been to Chipotle before, your choices consist mainly of burritos, tacos and salads with ingredients you select. You move down an assembly line of employees who add various ingredients to your dish. Generally, choices consist of beef, chicken, pork, pinto beans, black beans, tomatoes, lettuce, peppers, salsa, etc. They will also make quesadillas on request. You then take your food and sit down wherever there is an open table.
One note of caution. The beef, and to some extent the chicken, can be a bit on the spicy side for some with a sensitivity to spicy foods (either on the tongue or from heart burn). I would suggest the pork if you want to avoid the spiciness. The pork has a relatively strong black pepper flavor, but is not spicy.
They also have excellent guacamole and serve alcohol (I have not tried one, but I hear the margaritas are very good).
