We made our reservations around 7 PM on Tues 7/23 and was told there were only rooms available facing the railroad tracks. I asked 2 different clerks about the train & was assured there would be NO issue with the train. I asked how often the train goes by & was told by both of them & again in the morning that they do not know the train schedule. The train came at 10:30PM, Midnight,1AM, 2 AM,3AM,4AM and 5:30 AM. When I complained the next morning was told the same rehearsed line that they do no know the train schedule. In a 4 story hotel at 7 PM,there HAD to be another room available or since I was so concerned about the train, maybe it would have been a nice gesture to suggest that I travel another exit or so to the next BW not on the RR tracks .One thing I do know is that SOMEONE knows the train schedule and seriously doubt that NO other rooms were available. We had a long 10 hr drive the next day with no rest. Shame on you & we won't be back!

Thank you for your comments, however. we do not know the train schedules they vary day to day week to week etc. There is CSX and Amtrack. You mentioned 7 trains in an evening seems like there would have been a crash of some kind with that many trains so close together. We could not move you to a room away from the tracks as all front side rooms were reserved. Should you stay again, please request a room on the front of the hotel
