We had reservations at 5:30 for 8 of us to eat and then to go to Blackfriar's theater. 7 of us received our food at 6:15, the one remaining meal didn't arrive until 6:45! We kept inquiring of the waitress when the food would arrive and she brushed us off saying that the kitchen was busy and things take time. We were later told she forgot to put the one order in. The manager or waitress never offered a different meal or to comp anything. They brought the bill before the last meal was served with a 20% gratuity already included! I have never been to a more poorly managed restaurant! I am still incredulous that the manager knew that there was a problem and did nothing! Also, 2 sets of silverware at our table were dirty. It is really too bad because the food was food, you just have to get it out of the kitchen!
