An upscale, expensive restaurant that delivers a sleek, modern ambiance, very professional service, very extensive wine list. Within this context the food is jarringly average. Together they deliver an mixed dining experience. Note that there is nothing wrong with the food per se, just solid average fare out of line with its price, e.g., supermarket quality rolls served in lieu of Italian bread. Overall, a mixed recommendation. If each component of an entire dining experience (venue, service, food) is of equal value to you, then Emilio's is worth a try, perhaps more than once. If the food is the primary component however, it is highly probable that you will be disappointed.
