A comfortable choice right off I-81. I'd have preferred a little less expensive, but the price was in line with area hotels. Recommended.

This one is convenient to the interstate. Gracious & helpful staff. Clean rooms. Odd shaped room short on flat surfaces for opening luggage. The sliding bathroom door was a hoot. No place in shower to put soap where it wouldn't slide to the floor. The impression I got was that the room had been designed by someone from another culture, Japanese, maybe. It didn't have an American 'feel,' whatever that is. The lighting reminded me of hospital room lighting about 1970. Extensive free hot breakfast bar, with eggs, omelet, in addition to the usual high carb motel food.
Small space, which would be easier to deal with if some didn't elbow their way in, not waiting their turn. lf breakfast is your meal and you can deal with small space and unusual room configuration, this is a good place to lay your head when on the road.

I was extremely pleased with this hotel. We came up for a wedding and just needed a place to stay for one night. The rooms are spotlessly clean - even the bedspreads, which I usually remove as soon I get in a hotel room. The layout of the room was well thought out, making the most efficient use of the space. The bathroom, also spotless, had a good size shower and toilet, with a pocket door (another good use of limited space) and the sink/vanity area on the other side so one person can use the sink while another is in the shower. The room had everything we needed for a short stay - tissues, disposable cups, iron & ironing board, hairdryer, etc. The lighting was very good for reading and the mattresses were extremely comfortable. The room was very quiet - didn't hear anyone's TV or loud talking and our room was directly across from the elevator and the ice machine and heard no noise all night.

The staff was helpful and the location was very easy to get to - right off of I-81. Breakfast is included which is nice - basically cereal, bagels, coffee. If you want a larger breakfast there is a Shoney's right next door. The cost was a bit high for the type of room but seemed to be in line with the other hotels in the area. Highly recommend!

Average hotel. Relatively new. Easy to get to right off the highway.
