“No breakfast”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 5 weeks ago

Came out at 7am and all there was for breakfast was instant oatmeal and hot water. The coffee dispensers were empty. Staff eventually brought out fruit and muffins but coffee had not been refilled by the time I had to leave.

Room is ok.
Not convenient to metro. Is near the metro but not a safe or reasonable walking distance and there is not a shuttle - just FYI.

After I put my things away I plug my charger in behind the nightstand. There were toenails and a candy wrapper there. The desk said someone would clean it up. The next day it was still there. I told the desk,It still was naot done. That night I again told the desk and she went and cleaned it up. On Tuesday morning at 720 I went to get the graba go breakfeast, nothing there, 2 coffie containers empty and only a couple old apples laying there.

We checked in around 6:00 p.m. with confirmed reservations. Our room was on the 5th floor. When we entered the room, we almost fainted from the heat!! It was 90 degrees!! Turned on the air conditioner, but it took nearly 4 hours for the room to cool down enough so we could think about going to sleep. The kitchens have NO stocked items...plate, cups, glasses, pans, utensils, etc. You have to request them...We made the request and was told the items would be delivered within 30 mins. We got them nearly 2 hours later! We will NEVER stay at this particular Extended Stay America and will give 2nd thoughts to any of the other properties in the future. Was a VERY unpleasant experience! SUGGESTION: The management should TURN ON ROOM AIR CONDITIONER for CONFIRMED ROOM RESERVATIONS!! Especially, during the hot summer season. Nothing is worst than traveling all day and walking into a HOT, HOT hotel room that takes HOURS to cool down!! Makes for a miserable evening!

Room Tip: Find another hotel...

This motel is a disgrace. The property was dirty. There were no, no dishes, glasses, etc in the cabinets - just empty space. Room was not serviced at all. Asked about an ice machine and was told to use the ice trays and freeze our own, like it would instantly freeze water!

Staff was uncaring and hateful. Acted like you were interrupting them. That is at least when they were there. Usually a sign present that they had stepped out.

On our second night we woke to noise in the hallway, followed by five (5) police cars pulling in and arresting at least one person. I am a police officer and understand that things happen at all motels, but this fit the appearance of this motel!

I wish I had checked these reviews prior to staying here! I won't let it happen again.

James - Thank you for bringing your experience to our attention. We are very disappointed to hear about the level of service you received and that you were not informed of our customizable kitchen packs. In an effort to provide our guests with the cleanest kitchenware possible, we store our items in a sterile environment and deliver the kitchenware to our guest's room upon request. We will work with our front desk staff to make sure we are fully informing our guests of our available amenities during check-in. We will also review our service guidelines with our staff to ensure we are always providing our guests with the quality service that they deserve.

Thank you again for your feedback. It would be our pleasure to have you stay with us again in the future to show you our positive strides taken to enhance your experience with us.

We stayed in this hotel for seven weeks while we were in the process of moving and it was FILTHY! We cleaned the counter surfaces in the kitchen and bathroom five times before the cleaning cloth did not look brown with dirt. Everything was covered with cooking grease. The shower curtain was mildewed and the carpet looked like it had never been vacuumed. We spent over an hour cleaning the refrigerator and then by the end of the day it was leaking. After complaining for two days, the manager switched it with a frig from another room, which we then had to clean all over again. We did not use any of their bedding, kitchen supplies, and even bought our own shower curtain. We cleaned the room ourselves during our seven-week stay because we had no confidence in the housekeeping staff. At one point, the entire hotel was without hot water for three days and no one seemed to care. The breakfast is coffee, which they are often out of, pre-packaged muffins, cereal bars, instant oatmeal, and questionable apples and oranges. We learned too late that the Towne Place Suites nearby is much nicer and has a full cooked breakfast for the same price as the Extended Stay. I cannot stress strongly enough that no one should stay at this hotel. The most puzzling part of the experience is that the hotel had a sign that they received a four-star rating from Trip Advisor - if that is true, we definitely will not be using Trip Advisor to plan any future vacations.

Uggghh where to begin. The staff is rude for started and they won't help you with anything. It took multiple attempts to get dishes or toilet paper. Then they act like you never asked them for it before. The elevator weren't working part of the time, and they are filthy. The floors and sides are sticky and there was broken glass and spit in them. The phones also didn't work half the time, but no worries, if they need you they will POUND on your door. They are very money hungry and will treat you terribly if you book on priceline or a similar site. The hotel is in bad shape and has a terrible odor. The rooms aren't clean and you won't want to eat in the kitchen, believe me. Even the construction workers that have been staying her 2 months said this is how it always is. No one will clean their room and its hard to get supplies. Book elsewhere, anywhere but here. Heck the motel 6 is cleaner....

Room Tip: If you must stay here.. which I highly recommend you don't if you don't want to risk catchin...

Been staying here for going on three month. Typical no cleaning of the room, throw the towels in the rack, want paper products get them yourself. Manager never returns calls or emails. My room has not been serviced for eleven days, even after complaints about it. Checked the housekeep list at the front desk and whoa I'm on it but not done! In today's. Market they even offer smoking rooms that filter into my non smoking room. And two weeks ago a car caught fire and it took four days to tow it away. And the broken glass is still in the ground. Sounds like management needs a change. One last thing. Bring your own dish towel to was your dishes. Seems corporate feels we just need to dry our dishes not wash them. New policy? I am going to tell our company to find a new place for us to stay.
