“Romantic, Upscale, and Urban Bed and Breakfast”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 23, 2013

The Bed and Breakfast is perfectly located just blocks from a great downtown area full of fun things to see and do. The Inn Owners, Cindy and Keith, have done an amazing job transforming a downtown building into a beautiful bed and breakfast. The room was spacious, cozy, well decorated, and provided the most comfortable bed we have EVER slept in. The common areas were very cozy and welcoming to the point that we spent most of our time at the Inn in the library/den area. It feels like the home you wish you lived in. Do not pass up the Wine and Cheese therapy time with Cindy and Keith, it was one of the highlights of our trip, they are full of great stories and a blast to hang out with. We will definitely be coming back very soon. On our next trip to Roanoke we would not even think about staying any where else, we look forward to catching up with Cindy and Keith again!

Keith and I enjoyed having you both stay for your 2 nights prior to your Christmas gathering with your family. We hope to see you again and again. It was like having wonderful family members staying with us!

Our room was spacious, comfortable and impeccably clean. Keith had helpful tips on nearby restaurants and travel in the region, and cooked a gourmet breakfast. The Inn is situated two blocks from historic Market Square. Cindy and Keith could not have been better hosts.

The Inn on Campbell was WONDERFUL. I made a last minute reservation and was pleased when Keith was able to meet me upon my late-ish arrival (with a glass of wine and snacks too)!
Great rooms, comfortable beds. Quiet atmosphere. Beautiful decor. The Inn is right in the middle of downtown. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Keith was very responsive, he gave us a ton of great dinner recommendations. The next morning, Keith made a delicious breakfast. Overall, the best B&B I've stayed in. If you're in Roanoke, stay in the Inn on Campbell.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Inn on Campbell! The location is great - we walked to the restaurants in downtown Roanoke. The Inn is beautifully decorated and many special touches are included. The room was spacious and comfy (loved the sheets!). Cindy and Keith were so welcoming. We would also suggest the Inn as a place to stay if visiting nearby Roanoke College.

My fiance and I were visiting Roanoke and he surprised me with this beautiful bed and breakfast. Cindy and Keith were very gracious hosts and really went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Our room was beautiful and the bed was insanely comfortable, the sheets along make it totally worth the stay. We would definitely recommend this inn to others and would stay here again if we are ever back in the area.

The Inn on Campbell was a wonderful experience! The Inn Keepers made us feel welcome and at home. This was our first B&B experience and we highly recommended it. There is so much character to the building and it is decorated beautifully! We slept wonderful and had an amazing breakfast! We will definitely stay there again!

My husband and I were looking to spend the night in Roanoke and found the Inn on Campbell in the Select Registry guide. Cindy called us early on the day of arrival to check on our time of arrival and to make sure we'd be there by 5 for "wine therapy". Of course we wouldn't want to miss that! We were greeted warmly by Cindy and Keith and got a tour of their beautiful inn. Our room was the Palladian Suite and it was incredible. The room was large with high ceilings and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was also large and included both a large stall shower and soaking tub big enough for 2. We saw the other 3 rooms in the inn and they were all unique and lovely. Cindy and Keith were the most hospitable hosts. We had our wine therapy at 5 with delicious wine and cheese and then they served us a delicious full course gourmet breakfast in the morning. They had also suggested a restaurant for us for dinner and made the reservation for us. I hope that I have reason to travel through Roanoke again because I wouldn't hesitate to stay in the Inn on Campbell.
