Delicious sandwiches. Recommend the Charleston, a fried green tomato sandwich with homemade pimento cheese. Our waiter also specifically recommended the tuna dishes. Friendly service--servers seem committed to taking care of guests without being showy about it. Attractive setup overall, with the area near the bar notably welcoming and painted a beautiful deep red. There is a long, attractive, and apparently custom-made "communal table" in the bar area and some individual table seating nearby; there's also plenty of traditional seating in the dining room, which has a fireplace. Probably a wonderful location for cozy dinner on a fall night. Participates in kidsdinefree.net per sticker on door, but we didn't really get a "welcome, children" vibe on the night of our visit. Former Ewald Clark location.
