Stayed here for Mysticon 2014. Only a few suggestions...
1-the heaters need a good cleaning. Lots of burning dust smells. Might have triggered my asthma.
2- service in the restaurant was great. Thank you for having a couple of vegetarian selections! However, might be better to have one person to take orders; sometimes things got lost between servers.
3-wifi was great until it got overloaded. With over 1200 geeks plus vendors trying to process credit cards, it was almost impossible to get online.
4-the fire alarm going off and locking down everyone's card keys couldn't be helped, but having to go back to have our cards reactivated for 9 more times before and afterwards got to be aggravating. We tried to keep them away from anything that could erase them but it kept happening.
Will return for Mysticon 2015, though!
