“It's what you expect”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed October 15, 2012

The place isn't great, but for the price and the name, you knew what you were in for when you walked in. The chicken crispers are always the best here. So crunchy. The sliders (I think they call them big bites) are also very good. Appetizers are definitely their strong suit. Never got soup I ordered, and I was glad because I was so full and had forgotten about it. When I saw it on the bill, they removed it and gave me the soup to take home anyway.

“Its hit and miss - more miss recently”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed September 5, 2012 via mobile

This Chilis' is never consistent - sometimes the food is good and you feel happy and go back . . . and then you do and it sucks and you feel all let down. I like the menu at Chilis and I want to like the food - but its been bad more times than its been good - to the stage that we wont voluntarily go back.

Shame . . .

“Understaffed=disappointed”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed May 9, 2012

To start, we arrived just before 5 p.m., starving after having skipped lunch, and the restaurant was basically empty. We walked in and stood by the hostess stand for a good 5 minutes before someone finally noticed us. We sat in a booth in the bar area, and there were maybe 8 other people there for the beginning of Happy Hour who were having drinks only. Eventually the bartender came over and took our order in between serving drinks at the bar. While our appetizer and drinks came out in a reasonable amount of time, our main entrees took too long considering there wasn't another soul in the restaurant eating/ordering food at that time. We requested salsa and were never brought any, our soft drinks sat empty while we ate, and nobody came over to ask if everything was ok. When we had been done eating for at least 10 minutes and about ready to throw money on the table and walk out, the bartender brought us over drink refills (way too late) and asked if we wanted the check. The guy was pleasant enough it's just he was the only person who seemed to be working, which made for a pretty poor experience. Seriously, let the guy bartend and get a waitress/waiter to cover the tables! On the plus side, the food itself was good so it wasn't a total fail. Also, it's within walking distance of a couple hotels so another plus if you are staying at one of them...it's up on the hill hidden a bit by trees and easy to walk by so keep an eye out for it. Hopefully this was a one-off understaffed night and you'll have better service...

“Good service and close to hotels”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 2, 2012

The Chili's was located in close proximity to the Sheradon Reston and on a main street which made access easy. There was plenty of parking and the service was quick and efficent.
