“Great birthday dinner”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 3, 2013

It was really nice to go to dinner and be able to get a reservation for 6 with no hassle on a Sunday night. I really appreciate that they take reservations for non peak times. We sat down at 6pm and the place was pretty empty, but filled up by 7pm. Sooo nice to go out to eat with no yelling or crying children even though it is a family restaurant. We all enjoyed our meals except for the smoked salmon salad. Fresh salmon would have been so much better. Crab cake, sushi and the sea bass were all yummy. Server was very pleasant and quick. The only hitch was with dessert. The order didn't print out in the kitchen, but they caught it and apologized profusely. The lemon merangue pie was delishious.

“Another fantastic Great American Restaurant”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 30, 2013

I love the Great American restaurant group. There is outstanding consistency at each and every single restaurant and at each visit. Warm greeting, outstanding servers, great food and drink. I really loved my steak and fries meal which came with an amazing salad. The chocolate waffle is always a staple across the restaurants. Great value and always look forward to coming back. I've had the sushi here before and it is surprisingly great.

“Great Food..Service Spotty...Portions BIG!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 20, 2013

It was recommended to me to take my team to eat at this restaurant. It was packed and they did not take reservations. As we waited at the bar, the place was buzzing with chatter, music and the atmosphere was very relaxed. Servers were rather dizzy, simply could have just been an off night, but regardless the food really was amazing, and the wine prices were very reasonable. I would go again for sure, still so much to eat on that menu.

“Food, service, atmosphere - GREAT!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 19, 2013

We had originally planned to dine elsewhere, but plans changed and were we ever happy that they did. Started in the bar waiting for a table (you can call ahead too) and Jane enjoyed a delicious Cosmo. Great staff and lots of friendly people out for fun. Once we were seated, we noticed immediately the attention they pay to customer service. Supervisors and managers on the floor but not intrusive or hovering - just making sure the dining experience is top notch. And it was. Very inviting decor and an open kitchen, so you could see the action there if you wanted to. We started with their homemade bread basket, with their sweet creamery butter and could have stopped there. Hands down, THE best bread i have ever been served at a restaurant. Went outside our comfort zone and tried the Deviled Eggs with Spiced Pecans - absolutely delicious and a chopped salad that was again, way above the mark of your standard restaurant salad. We split the Sauteed Shrimp and Chicken that Jane ordered (my Prime Rib was sold out : ( and it was anything but an also ran on the menu. Topped everything off with the Warm Flourless Chocolate Waffle - wow! Great dinner, great experience. There was care put into every minute we stayed and every bite we took. And compared to the other fine dining restaurants we tried in Town Center, a far superior value. Bravo Jackson's!!
