I've eaten at probably a half dozen Panera restaurants in the DC area, this one misses the boat.
Indifferent staff, noisy surroundings, dull atmosphere.
What went wrong? It's almost brand new, in a beautiful Hyatt hotel, and yet it feels dark and depressing and there are lots of people hanging out here taking up seats, they aren't eating and they are noisy and unruley, using wi-fi and making it a crummy Panera's.
Food is good still but we left after not having an enjoyable dinner.
Is that what Panera's wants for their franchises, or do they even care?
And I guess that is the worst part, management or staff don't seem to care about their paying customers and the atmosphere they are dining in.
Guess you get what you pay for here!
