“Loved it”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 31, 2010

Came here with my family in July to visit Washington DC and nearby areas around the hotel and it was great. The staff was nice, the pool was clean, and the rooms were wonderful. It was in a great location with nearby restaurants. If you are looking for a place to leisure and relax in, then this is the place for you. If you are looking for a place to stay while sightseeing, then this is also the place for you.

Staff is fantastic, from the Front Desk to the Bar. As a frequent traveler, the Sheraton staff make the travel away from home tolerable. I would not stay anywhere else when I visit the DC area.

The hotel is conveniently located to the Dulles Airport and my client site. The hotel is clean and has a nice breakfast bar. After staying at this hotel for the last 16 weeks, I am suprised the front desk staff does not acknowledge/recognize me by last name. The hotel also provides a complimentary shuttle service that has been nice getting to and from the office an other locations.

Tracey was so welcoming to us and help us out so much throughout our stay. Andrews checked us out was so kind. They really made a difference. Unfortunately there is nothing they could have done to change our view of the rooms. The beds were comfortable but the rooms were outdated. The carpet was old and stained and the bathrooms were very small and old looking. If I was to ever contemplate coming back which I doubt then it would only be for the excellant customer service! Hyatt regency was closer to town and was a much nicer overall hotel.

I stayed at the Sheraton Reston for all my business travels. Conveniently located near Dulles airport and the heart of Reston Center. The rooms are spacious; the comfortable pillow-top mattress and fluffy pillows make for a great night sleep after a long day of work. The pool is large and well maintained - the clearest pool water I've seen in all of my travels; unfortunately, there's no hot tub.
The hotel staff is very friendly; Yangkyi, Shantal, Justin, and Mayra are quick to ensure that all of your accomodation needs are met and make your stay most pleasant.
Sheraton Reston is the only hotel I choose to stay in Reston, VA!!!

I stayed at this hotel for a week during a business trip. Check-in was easy and the room was very comfortable. I didn't visit the bar or pool during my stay. I found the location to be central to the Towne Center and Tyson's Corner. When I was not working I spent time shopping at various centers so this worked to my benefit. If I have to go back then I will definitely stay here again. The two downsides were that there was no wifi and you needed to plug your computer to a LAN line to connect and the parking was horrendous at night. There is ample parking in the back of the hotel but you must walk alone in the dark and I didn't feel very safe if I could not park in the front of the hotel.

Reasonable accomodations close to Dulles. Club Lounge is a disappointment and not available for much of the week. Facilities are clean.
