“My favorite eatery on planet earth!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 5, 2013 via mobile

I travel way more than I like but found this place on a business trip a couple years ago and have since gone back with the entire family twice and for a guys weekend. There are very few places I will drive 3 hours to eat , Cuz's is well worth it. Food and staff are GREAT. Thankfully it is in the middle of nowhere. If this was in any city of size you would never get a table. If you like food and want a great casual place, GO.

“You'll never be disappointed. Fusion cooking at its finest. Don't let the barn setting fool you like it did me the first time.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 26, 2013 via mobile

Never have I been disappointed. My standby is always the prime rib stir fry, but this visit I took the server's advice and tried the Chinese noodle stir fry and I have a new favorite. Whenever my mother from Baltimore visits, this is her most important event, second only to seeing her grandkids!

“Dress code is unique: No hats!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 15, 2013

This is most unique restaurant in vast area. Old restored dairy barn. Steaks are akin to succulent roasts. Home made sour dough bread on every table. Prices are a bit high, but one gets a lot for a buck. Prepare to carry home.

“eclectic atmosphere and fun”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 8, 2013

food is good, known for their steaks not so much barbeque - atmosphere is really weird and interesting,as restaurant was built in an old dairy barn - there's even tables in the old silo area. It is a hangout for both regulars and folks from out of town - prices are high and it is really, really loud - hard to talk to the people you are with, esp if weekend and really busy. Owner is eccentric and has posted a lot of strange rules, like "no loud perfume, no screaming kids (you couldn't hear them if they were screaming) and no hats...." I'm not sure if he means it or not... This place everyone should go to at least once - so you can say you've been. You might go back for the steaks - get a t-shirt.

“Just okay...”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed June 20, 2013

We went to Cuz's based on a recommendation by the hotel. However, in a town of so few restaurants, calling it a 'recommendation' may be too strong a word. We asked the hotel where we could sit down to eat, and I believe this may have been one of two options.

The restaurant staff was very nice and engaged us in conversation, asking where we were from and talked with our toddler.

The service was very fast.

The portions were huge, but the food was nothing special.

Overall it was just okay... no particular complaint, and no particular thing to rave about either.
