For a hotel at an International Airport, this hotel should offer the business traveler basic amenities. For one, the restaurant closes early, leaving room service which will only be delivered to your room. The service in the restaurant is slow and the wait staff needed to be reminded of my orders, more than once.
The rooms are plain and basic with mattresses that are only average in comfort. Internet service is poor, not to mention you pay a premium for it. Telephone connection had white noise. The desk in the room was small and did not sit evenly on the floor.
The Airport noise level is not bad being close to the airport. The noise from the adjoining rooms and hallway is very poor as I could hear everything that was being said on both sides. Also, the rooms have proper shades for blocking out sunlight - although the shade in my room needed repair or replacing.
The staff is professional and friendly.
