4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 28, 2014

One of the best restaurant in Culebra. It's attended by the owners Richard and Luz they are very friendly and they make you to feel like family. The food excellent, the service it's ok, the decor ok. You have to try the Risotto Balls. Tip make a reservation

“Best Restaurant in Culebra”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 14, 2014

The best restaurant in Culebra. The restaurant its located downtown Culebra. The personnel that works in the restaurants is excelent. From the moment you walk in you are being attended. Its a medium size retaurant so reservations is a must if you want to enjoy their culinary delights. Most people dine late so their seems to be availability for early dinners like me. But if you like to dine after 7pm. reservation is the way to go. Their menu offer a great variety , a big plus when you have people that love chicken or beef and also have other in your party that want to eat a fresh lobster( very good) or the catch of the day. The size of the dishes are big especially if your side order is Rizzotto (Chorizo with grapes, is EDEN on earth) . The Tostones are great too (BIG and FRESH). The entrees are good size a bit expensive but they are worth it. I saw many costumers select a bottle of wine from the cava of the restaurant. I dont drink so I cannot say much about the wine. But if its by the amount of bottles they open every night apparently they have a great selection. The dessert , Budin , is the best ever. Its not for everyone but I love budin. I am no certified expert in BUdin. But believe me they have the best budin I have tasted . Really the overall experience is excelent. AhH!!! important , their is no formal dress code but my opinion if one is going out might as well dress casual (good lookin shorts and shirt) comfortable and nice. I think They do not accept America Express so check on this fact. Enjoy Culebra and enjoy EL EDEN.

“Not quite Eden, but it'll do!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 13, 2014

The decor is somewhat "old", but I don't care about the surroundings if the food is good. Fortunately it was! I had the whole fresh snapper with mushroom risotto to DIE for! The snapoer was whole, so if you don't know how to eat a whole fish, European style, don't order it. The mushroom risotto was exquisite! I know , how can you mess up rice with mushrooms? But believe me it can be done. The rice was the perfect texture and the mushrooms had to have has some porchini mushrooms, meaty and flavorful. The portions were large, very satisfying, and so well done I was impressed! My dinner companion had the pesto gnocchi with a mesclun salad. This was equally excellent andwe intentionally decided to take some home for breakfast since the portions were so large. The are only open at 6:00 for dinner at least in May, but perhaps other seasons they open for lunch. Call for a reservation, although they'll try to seat you.

“Amazing food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 6, 2014

The food here was amazing. If you like lobster treat yourself. I don't so I ordered something else but it looked amazing and someone I know that had it said it was great. The steaks here are amazing and oh all the pasta. They even had pasta made out of shredded zucchini. It was a really good. This is definitely one of the nicer places to eat on Culebra. Good for just a dinner out or even possibly a reception.

“Don't be fooled by enterance”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 2, 2014

We pulled up to restaurant and didn't know if we should go in, but once inside the ambiance was great. Food was perfect and the service was wonderful. The portions are average, we left not full but not hungry. Only bad thing to say concerns the price. Eating in Culebra is expensive, but not this expensive. Overall, well be back
