“My Happy Place”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 6, 2014

Stopped here for the afternoon and had Painkillers at the Soggy Dollar. We pulled our beach chairs right up to the water, sipped our drinks and soaked in the beautiful scenery. We then moored off the shore for the night, If you're on a boat with swim lights, turn them on and watch all the sea life below...lots of sting rays. What a place to wake up to. Absolutely beautiful! Spent the morning and early afternoon on the white sand beach sunning and swimming. Quaint little shops for food and souvenirs along the beach. Wish we could have stayed longer.

“great beach experience”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 1, 2014

love Jost Van Dyke for its exclusivity….although it's not so exclusive anymore, is it? a wonderful experience is still found, however, at White Bay. we were served food and drinks on surf boards by our crew as we lounged around on the beach all day - if we wanted to take an invigorating hike to Foxy's during our afternoon, we could, if we wanted to lounge and do nothing, we could. ahhhh!

“A boater's paradise”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 22, 2014

During my recent trip to St. John, I took a boozy boat trip to the BVI and stopped by Jost Van Dyke for a couple of hours to check out the famous Soggy Dollar Bar. We had a ton of fun. We had a few drinks, walked down the beach, fell asleep in a hammock for a half hour, ate pizza to absorb the alcohol, and swam back to the boat to continue our adventure. It was the perfect Saturday.

“Beautiful beach with lots of food, drinks, and snorkeling”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 11, 2014

What else do you need on a vacation? Loved it! The beach is awesome and lots of chairs for folks to sit, if not snorkeling or boating. People are really friendly!

“What's with Dallas & Edmonton?”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 10, 2014

Hello fellow travelers! Did you not know you were visiting in the heavy tourist traffic time of year? The island is known as one of the Top 10 places to welcome in a New Year!
The rest of us had a ball at White Bay, anchored out and watching the action. We came ashore both nights we were there to enjoy the Soggy Dollar, Foxy's and Sidney's Peace & Love. Others on our boat came ashore to visit the Bubbly Pool - they loved it - and check the area around Foxy's.
Why don't you try a different time of year? We've been at White Bay at other times of the year, and it's much quieter - maybe just what you are after.
We love it at any time of year.
