5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 5, 2012 via mobile

We have stayed here on many occasions including Christmas and have never been disappointed.
The rooms are very spacious and the beds are so comfortable.. black out curtains so you get that extra bit sleep.
Has a fab pub next door with great food and the breakfast is superb.
Highly recommend.

We would not normally stay in a Premier Inn but chose the Bridge Barn because of the close proximity to a function we were attending. The receptionist was very helpful and efficient and we were checked in very quickly. We had anticipated a clean but fairly basic double room, however, we were delighted by the size of the room we were allocated which ticked all the right boxes in terms of comfort and required facilities. Although busy because of the start of half term holiday, we enjoyed a good night's sleep and had a very good breakfast which was both plentiful and of good quality. Overall I was impressed with the Bridge Barn and if this is reflective of the Premier Inn brand we will give more serious thought to staying in other Premier Inns in the future.

Room Tip: the block where the reception is located (lower numbered rooms) seems to contain the larger double/f...

After booking in we decided to have lunch in The Bridge Barn Restaurant "big mistake" impossible to get served, the staff did not acknowledge that they knew you were waiting and carried on collecting glasses and disappearing and not returning in a reasonalble time frame. Finally ordered two steak baguettes and chips (what could be simpler) arrives 20 minutes later cold. Staff continued their disappearing act.The good news we ate out for the rest of our stay and deprived the business of £150.00 in food and drink sales

Stayed at Woking Premier for 2 nights while we were visiting London and a day at Chessington with our kids. The location was great only 30mins train ride to Waterloo.
The hotel is pleasently located in a quiet area alongside a canal, with a Beefeater pub on site. The rooms are large and well equiped for the four of us the beds are very comfortable, I had no problem sleeping. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pub is a nice family pub, the only downside is the menu if you don't like burger or steaks you are a bit limited for choice, apart from that the food we ate was cooked well and of a high standard. We would return.

As I am reviewing the hotel , I am rating this as very good. The reception was efficient and the rooms were what you would expect from this hotel chain. We were housed in the new part just by the car park entrance. Tea, coffee & all the usual were in the rooms but by the entrance to our block were extra supplies on a table in the foyer where you could help yourself if you had run out of anything. Premier Inn guarantees a good nights sleep & I have to admit we did, no noise or anything. I had booked a table at the Beefeater which is in the car park for our evening meal but was not inspired by the menu as it was quite intricate & I do like plain food I'm afraid.MY fault I know but I could have had a plain steak but I just wasn't that hungry. Reading a review on here perhaps we should have just eaten in the bar. In the end we just had starters as our meal which was a shame. The Beefeater also served breakfast which was adequate. Of the whole trip there is only one thing I would criticise Premier Inn for & that is when booking I rang to book over the phone as I wanted to ask a question & was only offered a Premier Flexible room for £75 whereas on the internet there were Premier Saver rooms available for £68 & as I was booking 2 rooms this was a saving.

Room Tip: Always check the internet for prices.

The hotel is lovely. Please note, the rooms are split over 2 buildings, there is the main hotel block and a newer, separate block along the side. I was in the newer part this time. You need to swipe your room key to open the main door, so it's secure. A nice touch is a small table in the small foyer with spare coffee, tea, milk and sugar so you don't need to walk to main reception if you run out.

Rooms are standard Premier Inn, everything there that you need and the car park is free and plenty. Wireless internet is free for 30 mins, £3 a day of £10 a week, so not too expensive and the signal is strong.

Restaurant is good, food is nice, but beware of the Meal Deal - I was given a menu, ordered and then told at the end of the meal I had a surplus to pay as the items I ordered were more than the meal deal allowance. Make sure, if you do the meal deal, you get the right menu. The manager agreed to waive this charge, but was embarrassing, so watch out!

Room Tip: The new block is away from the car park, and generally quieter than the main block

Spent two nights over a weekend, very comfortable room, clean & spacious. Only a little early evening car park noise which did not disturb us. Breakfast up to Premier Inn's usual high standard, staff helpful & cheerful. We had a bar diner on Sunday - good & tasty, Saturday night in Woking for diner where there is plenty of choice and a supermarket 10 minutes walk away. There is a 25 metre public swimming pool about 6 minutes drive away.
