we stopped of for a quick meal, ordered fish but was told there was no fish as it hadnt been defrosted !!! so my sone who only eats fish had to eat chips and salad.
I did complain and they phoned us up saying the chef was really bad and the brentwood harvester has had to go there and sort it out.
They emailed me a letter saying that they would give me a 10.00 voucher when i asked where the voucher actually was i was told it was that the letter was the voucher !
but its ok i wont be using it
