4 of us went to Strays Newark on Friday 9th Oct 2012. Nice cosy Bistro atmosphere, smoothe jazz duo. Staff were great, friendly & informative about the Tapas. Drinks came quickly (nice house white at under £15 - crisp and dry). We chose a mix of breads, cheeses and meat platter to start all of which were tasty, hot and nicely presented in authentic Catalunian style dishes. Main course was a mix of fish, chicken, spicy sausage and vegetables including the obligatory "patatas bravas" with salsa on the side rather than pre-smothered - nice touch! And reasonably priced - well done Strays. Worth the journey.
