we went to shinwari last Saturday with extended family and really liked the food etc. Spent about £65, everything was good. This weekend, we visited again and ordered the same dish 'vritha karahi' but felt the meat was undercooked so complained to the waiter and he wouldn't get us a replacement! We said we wouldn't pay if that's the case and instead of just replacing it and apologising, he started to argue and be rude! We asked for the manager but apparantly there was no manager present on the premises! In the end, another waiter offered to replace it with a similar meat dish, which we agreed to.
Very poor service if you complain about something. Very upsetting as we liked the relaxed flooring arrangements and calm atmosphere although I must say the curtains and general state of the restaurant was quite poor & dirty looking.
