Having just returned from a 4 night stay in this hotel over new year I felt I must commend the staff on how friendly they are. Nice, spotless clean rooms with all you expect from this kind of hotel. The staff were the friendliest and politest I have ever encountered while staying in London. Nothing was a problem for any of these guys and every time you passed the reception you were always greeted with a friendly face and some conversation. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would recommend to others.

Booked online & stayed for 5 nights in a family room,2 singles and a king size bed,excellent value.Hotel staff were very friendly,check inn was done in less then 5 mins.rooms were warm and very clean & large.We didn't eat in the restaurant,so can't comment on the food but we did have a coffee & everything looked great.Would recommend to family & friends,we had a great stay and will re turn next time we visit london.

We stayed here for two nights last month. The staff are very friendly and rooms are of a good standard. It was very good value for money and we would stay here again. The accompanying restaurant was also great!

We stayed on New Year's Eve. We had booked a family room and requested it to be on the 3rd floor away from the lift. When we arrived there was some rowdy people in reception however this was expected. Steve on reception was friendly and professional and assured us that we had a good room. We stayed in room 322, which was at the end of the corridor away from any potential noise. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and the included breakfast the next day was much needed. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again. It met our families needs.
