“Overall, pretty good!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 2, 2013

We stayed here for two nights last month. The staff are very friendly and rooms are of a good standard. It was very good value for money and we would stay here again. The accompanying restaurant was also great!

We stayed on New Year's Eve. We had booked a family room and requested it to be on the 3rd floor away from the lift. When we arrived there was some rowdy people in reception however this was expected. Steve on reception was friendly and professional and assured us that we had a good room. We stayed in room 322, which was at the end of the corridor away from any potential noise. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and the included breakfast the next day was much needed. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again. It met our families needs.

Room Tip: Like other reviews suggest, 3rd floor is the top floor so is much quieter. And rooms at the end of c...

The staff at this hotel have a fantastic blend of professionalism and friendliness. We have stayed many times now and have never had a bad stay.
The only point to take care with is a restaurant booking as communication between hotel and restaurant is not reliable.
Otherwise this is an excellent example of what you expect and need from a premier inn, clean and in first class order.
Reliable and predictable.

This was my first visit to a Premier Inn; and I chose a winner in Enfield London !
I had an excellent stay of 4 days over the Xmas 2012 period. There was no need to leave the premises at all for the duration - because all essentials were provided on location to make this a most enjoyable and successful visit.
A plus is the attached ,pleasant restaurant with a good bar;a varied lunch and dinner menu - also reasonably priced and open until late at night ; (even for the Holiday period). The breakfast has many choices - hot and cold- and satisfying. The Xmas Dinner Menu on 25 December was most enjoyable. The chefs obviously took pride in their productions !
The room was comfortable ;and clean & provided were all necessary amenities including a flat screen TV with good channels; an in -room phone ( unusual for most London budget hotels a hair dryer ; coffee and teas; extra pillows and functioning air conditioning ( heat and cool ) ! Most of all; quiet surroundings inside and out ;and no thin walls.

All the staff at this location were extremely approachable; professional and aimed to solve immediately.,any problems experienced by guests There were no negotiations or empty soothing lines from the staff re ''that is the way it is - sorry' ; quite the contrary in fact.
This aspect of Premier Inn Enfield is most memorable for a chain of budget hotels in London.
I would recommend this hotel to most types of travelers including business ; leisure, couples, family, friends and solo guests. For those on a budget ; wanting to spend some time celebrating any milestones eg honeymoon or renewing of vows uninterruptedly ; this is a place for serious consideration. No fuss , no muss ;totally inexpensive yet still elegant and pleasant.
The location is very accessible from the local Enfield Lock station - on good days an easy walk for those with no car. For those with cars ; the parking facilities are very good. The cab company used regularly at this location, is timely ; and inexpensive.

Lastly ; all I can add is Wow! - wish I had known of this Premier Inn Enflied throughout my travels around London during the Summer and Autumn 2012.. Next comment : move over boutique hotels and the more expensive hotels in London ! ; you could all learn a thing or two about guest relations and professionalism from this particular Inn.
Highly recommended.

Room Tip: Top floor ( third level); end room - few 'neighbours' - very quiet- Room 331

After previously writing good things about previous visits it is only fair that I express our disappointment with our recent two night stay.As usual the Staff were friendly and attentive and the food was good although no provision is made at breakfast for the needs of Coeliacs who require gluten free bread which it would be simple to provide. Our big problem was greatly disturbed sleep .The noise from the other rooms and corridor on the first night was completely unacceptable and made rest impossible .On
reporting this I was offered a refund for that night and assure that the next night would be much better. It wasn't! We thus had a second night with very interrupted sleep before a long drive home.Despite the guarantee I was offered nothing this time.
This Premier Inn is basically good, clean and comfortable with friendly staff but perhaps they are instructed to only comply with the Company's much advertised guarantee if the customers make a huge fuss, which many are reluctant to do.

Room Tip: Top floor but bring ear plugs just in case!

I really like this hotel. I have stayed overnight a few times and cannot fault it. The reception staff are nice, and it's good to have the same workers time and again.

The different rooms range from good-sized to spacious, and so far I have slept very well on every bed. My personal opinion is that the bathrooms are rather compact but how long does anyone spend there?

The adjoining restaurant is so convenient, and the man at the gate who braves the coldest weather to let guests out does take his work seriously indeed.

This is a very nice well located hotel convenient for the M25 motorway and the A10, and I would not hesitate to recommend it.

Bright airy, comfortable rooms with air conditioning/heating. Staff were friendly but as this was our first visit I feel they assumed that we were more familiar with premier Inns than we were, but all-in-all a perfectly acceptable 1 night stay
