We first strolled by Can Tito during the day, and loved the look of the stone walls and earthy character. So glad we ended up choosing it for dinner! It is a father and son operation, and much like the other small restaurant that we loved, Es Raco, they really pour their hearts and souls into the food and service (I believe one of the daughters served us). My only critique was my paella was in a concentrated seafood broth that was a bit too intense for my taste, even though I generally love strong flavors. The whole fish my husband had was fabulous, as were our starters. Would love to eat there again, and we will on our next trip back to Cadaques.
