“Great for what I paid!!!!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 25, 2013

I sometimes wonder why these people who expect luxury pay to stay in a 3 star self catering complex and a budget price and expect 5* standards, this complex delivers exactly what it states on the tin, basic 3 star complex within 10 min walk to the town, it is a no frills hotel but was clean and the pool area was lovely with a very friendly bar open until 4pm, the grounds where well maintained and the pool area very spacious with no shortage of sun loungers, there was free wifi from reception and a well stocked supermarket open until 10pm at night, the staff where so friendly and welcoming and nothing was to much trouble, outside of the hotel i agree as you will see for yourselfs it is very run down, situated in a residential area with lots of derelict buildings it wasnt pretty but walk 10 mins past this and its a totally different picture, we used to walk in to town of an evening but felt unsafe walking back due to poor lighting and people sleeping in the empty / borded up buildings a taxi back would never cost more than 3-4 euros, i would use this hotel again due to the great service and exceptionaly good value.

Hotel had good breakfast and clean pool and rooms, but it was lacking in atmosphere and was just a dated bolt hole in a run down area a place you don't want to be is how you feel about the hotel although it has no negative aspects as it is clean and in a good location being close to the older part of the town

Room Tip: upper floor

Hotel and grounds very secure entrance via main foyer which is staffed 24- 7 Rooms are basic & very clean. The staff are a credit to this hotel . The Ritz it is not, but very good value if you want top dollar pay it ? or stay at home, who sits in the room looking at furniture ?. Great Holiday at a great value for money hotel.(Stayed 11 nights self catering) Eileen Leicester.

Room Tip: Sea view rooms if available, worth that little extra.

small rooms, small bed, no fitness and small swimpool. Take it only if you don't have any other chance.
If you sleep in a small studio, ask for the apartaments oppoosite the road side. At the same time, consider that sitting room curtains have no real light-stop system, so the early morning sun will throw you out of bed.
Breakfast was fine, but afer few days of that stuff you'd have enough. Coffee is usually cold, already at 8 am.

firstly i'd like to say thank you to fleetway getting us out of here for the remainder two and a half days of our week holiday. we stayed her sept 2012. All rooms here pour in water when it rains especially in rooms on 1st floor. pieces of balcony breaking away, plugs awful. At this hotel if you want to change rooms they charge. we tried desperately to find a room that wasn't flooding or didn't have ants but after looking at 23 of their rooms we thought we'd brave it with the dodgy fridge bathroom and antthan deal with the flooding etc. The room décor needs deperately replacing. doors have huge gaps to let bugs and water into room and staff are rude. The pool area nice but not great. I have been to this island before and always had a great time so just this hotel ruined it. We had no end of problem inc tv that we paid for not working. all ground floor rooms have ants and same with some of the first floor ones. building falling apart, staff rude and worse unhelpful. we weren't expecting a great place but this was unbearable. it was my partners first holiday abroad and he said he never wants to leave England again. Thank God fleetway helped got us moved out and our last few days were spent enjoying the break in Oasis Dunes and managed to get his mind changed about taking another holiday.

Room Tip: don't stay here

We stayed for a couple of nights Nov.2014,we had an excellant stay,The staff were really helpful and friendly nothing was a bother to them. The rooms are a bit basic, but clean. wifi is only available in reception area.Services it would have been nice to have an electric kettle and a hairdryer in the room.
The television coverage was also very good. The pools were excellant.
Very good qualitiy hotel at a very good price.
