Lovely holiday in wonderful hotel . . . . Spotless accommodation, helpful and friendly staff, brilliant facilities and would recommend to all. To sum up we can only say that like Mary Poppins the Bahia de Lobos Hotel is practically perfect in every way!

We stayed here the last week in November 2014, The weather wasn't too good but our balcony was spacious and a bit of a sun trap. The room was also spacious with a very comfy sofa. All the bedding seemed new and was clean and soft. The food was excellent. Spoilt for choice really. The timings of the meals were very good. Everywhere was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: Our room backed onto the smaller pool, which was very quiet. None of the rooms have a sea view.

After a struggle getting my boyfriend to agree to go with me I was praying that it would live up to what I had promised him, it did and more! The rooms were stunning and the shower was perfect. The food was excellent and there was lots of variety. There was always food/drinks being served. The alcoholic drinks served in all inclusive were great to!
The only thing I would say is to inform people of the no shorts at dinner rule.. We didn't know and they made my boyfriend go back to change. Quite embarrassing and could have easily been avoided.

Entertainment-. The Receptionist (lady with short Brown hair) was very helpful when we asked about places to see outside the hotel.
We went snorkelling in cortillo and went to Olivia beach, both short bus rides away.
The port, beach, shops and bars etc are just a short walk away.

The sunny animation team put on a variety of activities. Normally I would avoid animation activities but they were actually really good. They had some fun silly games that you could join in with around the pool like "guess what is in the box" once I got talking to them I felt really comfortable to join in with other activities like darts and rifel shooting...
There were also shows in the evening... Ze, Mat and Ludo really do a fantastic Job. When the shows started you would look at the audience they were working with and think it an impossible task to get people involved but on most evenings everyone was up out of their chairs joining In and having fun.

We managed to squeeze a lot into just 5 days but I would love to go back.

It's December and the weather was great.
I go away a lot, and for me the only holidays that compare are three or four times the price.

I had a fantastic first holiday away with my boyfriend here.

When compared to other all inclusive's I've stayed at: this one was the best.

The food was faultless - don't go here if you don't like choice - if we hadn't slept in on the first night and missed the dinner we wouldn't have needed to have eaten anywhere else; although there are plenty of lovely restaurants close by to chose from. The room's at the hotel were modern, clean and comfortable. The entertainment was fun and friendly, and not pushy, pompous, or downright daft, as entertainment at other establishments can come across as.

At the hotel there were a variety of activities to choose from, catering to all ages; my boyfriend and I enjoyed playing jenga with Ze by the pool, I had a laugh dancing with Mat and Ludo in the evening and bingo was well carried, by all three entertainers, to the variety of languages represented at the hotel.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful, especially the lady with brunette hair, (glasses?) and a bob haircut whose name we sadly left without knowing. She worked in the early evenings and afternoons mainly and was a great help to us on arrival and when we were trying to organise an excursion to Oasis Park, and when trying to print our boarding passes for the flight home.

The cleaners did our room daily; we had booked a twin room through our agent and had folded the sheets together to turn the bed into a double and they kept making it the same way as us (only better!) which was lovely. They also did a great job in washing out the suntan oil that leaked from my wash bag onto my boyfriend's shirt - which I was relieved about!

The only critiques I have would be that it's unclear which people - it's not normally the reception staff who you book the excursions through - deal with which languages, as when trying to book for Oasis Park we were told to go to the trip desk between 4.30-7-30 but when we got there the person who was there explained she was only able to help the French hotel guests. Also, it could be good if the hotel made it more known that men need to wear trousers to the restaurant in the evening as we only read it up on trip advisor and that could have been awkward!

Other than that we had a fantastic holiday and stayed at a fantastic hotel, which was clearly designed with a vast age range in mind and was located in a prime spot - ten minutes from the beach - with lots of bars and shops to keep you entertained, two good sized outdoor pools (to be braved in the winter when you're trying to show off because the guy you're with won't go in for a swim!), and a good experience that's left me writing a rather long and rambling review! Don't think just GO!

We stayed here the last week in November even though the weather was not so good we had a great holiday.

Very smart hotel with good choice of food. Breakfast and lunch were served in the pool restaurant while evening meals were in the downstairs restaurant.

The rooms are very very spacious more like a suite than hotel room with pull out double bed settee.

I would defiantly go there again as I couldn't fault a thing.

we got moved from another hotel to this one (10th nov 2014) i know its quite new but the all complex looks fantastic you just cant go wrong, all the staff are as helpful as they can be the food is great not so hot sometimes though, but there is lots of choice, the rooms are big and cleaned every day, the resort its self is great the beaches to die for and so close to this hotel the main street were all the shops bars etc is less than 100 metres and the first of many beaches is less than 5 mins walk, if you eat out try the steak house on the main street, the only down side is the look warm food but they do have a microwave, and no english tv channels apart from them had a fantstic time ps word of warning do not go onto the balcony and slide the door shut if there is no one else in the room you cant get back in, if your on the first floor in the early hour and no one around prity trcky but im still laughing about it now. "if you go enjoy"
