“Great holiday”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 13, 2014

We spent 14 nights here and had a great time. We were given a first floor room but were reallocated to a high room without any problems. This was in block A which gets the sun later in the day which is what we prefer.

The staff were friendly and go out of their way to help. The room was plenty big enough, a lounge area with separate bedroom and a good sized balcony. No complaints about the food, which was plentiful, and the drink (again plentiful).

We were there until the last but one day of the season but the staff were still cheerful, helpful and friendly. The days went easily by, the beach or long walks in the morning followed by lying by the pool in the afternoon followed by afternoon games and entertainment in the evening. The games and entertainment were well run and enjoyable.

Although the hotel is not on the sea front that is not a problem. A 2 minute walk out of the hotel and one is on a lovely long beach which leads to the headland and Cala Millor on the left or through the front to I'illot to the right.

Certainly we recommend the hotel and willingly would come back.

Room Tip: Block A for the best views and late sunshine

A very nice hotel. Maybe too many children when we went. Will try and avoid school holidays next time. Meals were very good staff could not be faulted. Resort beautiful. The food was well presented and of good quality. Many variety of food and drinks to choose from at each meal. Nice and near the beach.

Room Tip: We were forth floor directly opposite the stage. Had a great view from our balcony. Would not want a...

We went here in August 2013 to celebrate out 25th Wedding Anniversary and had a wonderful time.
The staff at the hotel were amazing and couldn't have been more helpful. My husband was able to arrange fresh flowers to be delivered to our room on our anniversary and the hotel added to the surprise by sending complimentary champagne too.
Our room was lovely very modern and very spacious.
The food was very nice and the desserts were amazing such a selection.

The only downside was the pool area and the usual problem of people reserving beds in the morning with their towels and then proceeding to go to the beach leaving sometimes 8-10 beds with towels on them reserved for their return at lunchtime!!!

Room Tip: All rooms over looked the pool so no real difference although the higher you were the more sun you g...

Great comfortable Superior Twin Room with sofa bed for our teenage daughter. Excellent quality selection of food in buffet dining room with good friendly service.

Our only disappointment at the hotel was the size of pool which is not adequately reflected in brochure in that it was much smaller than expected. Also there are no luggage porters which we expected on arrival.

The all inclusive package was excellent with good measures and brands of drinks. Ice cream always available for guests around the pool.

Unfortunately, the shore line was covered in sea weed etc which was not cleared up on a daily basis, the attached photos clearly show this.

Al in all a good value family holiday.

Room Tip: Try and avoid those rooms directly above the stage, can be noisy during entertainment late into the...

Went there at the end of September this year and to be honest was concerned, not because of the hotel, but the weather. Thought it was going to be stormy, but only one storm on the last night and the temperature was in the high 20's all week, so happy days. As for the hotel it had been recommended by family to go and it certainly didn't disappoint. Great food for all including vegi. Numerous different dishes every night and so much choice at other meal times. They even put on sandwiches at 11pm in case after a few drinks you got peckish!! The room was very spacious with a separate sleeping area on a superior room. Well worth while. We were in the block 1600. This room over looked the pool and the out door stage, but for us this was not a problem as we were out past the evening entertainment had finished. The resort is not one of the most lively, but then again it is not advertised to be, but again was very good with lots of places to eat and drink if you so wished even at this late time of year for them there was still a good buzz going on.
All in all a great time had by all and would certainly recommend this resort and hotel to everyone and will be returning in the near future #doeswhatitsaysonthetinandmore!!

First visit to this hotel and it is just like it said in the brochure; ok so no sea views, but location very good.

All the staff from reception all the way through to the maids were always smiling and very helpful.

Hotel: Spotless, and the rooms are excellent, a down side is the siting of the hotel as the sun passes from one side to the other and the room we were in never got any direct sunlight, other than that the rooms themselves are very big and comfortable with tea and coffee facilities that was always very well stocked.

The pool area is interesting in that all the sun seekers are on one side and those who want shade are on the other, then after lunch everyone swaps over because of the sun.

The food was very good, although for me the veg at the evening meal was not to my taste, so I had to top up with salads, and lots of deserts, (life can be so hard at times), I put on pounds. At Lunch we usually ate at the Pool side and again the food was very good with a good selection, also the afternoon cakes were brilliant. (It’s going to be a long diet)

Overall it is a lovely hotel very clean and in a good position for everything with quite a good selection of shops and cafes around and I would definitely recommend the hotel, and return
