Visited based on recommendation but wish we'd booked a table outside. We had a poor table by the bar which meant we had people who are waiting for tables peering over us as we'll as being too hot.
A very busy restaurant with staff working flat out. The free olives were a nice and tasty touch.
The wine was cheap and tasty at 12 euros a bottle. Water was acceptably priced at 2.20 euro a bottle.
I ordered a calzone and my wife ordered a pizza funghi. My wife's arrived promptly but I was served with something different to what I ordered!! They were very apologetic and five minutes later my food arrived. We were both pleased and happy with our food for the price.
Based on some reviews I've since read I'd love try the fish.
Top tip: book a table or be patient and wait for one you are happy with. Also starters other than soup and salads seem expensive for anything other than a special occasion.
