“Three night stag do”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed May 20, 2013

First impression was good there were 21 of us altogether so check in took some time but wasn't a problem. This is defo a stag/hen party hotel so don't go with kids! Staff are good and the room was basic but clean and was cleaned everyday.

This property isnt all that bad, fairly quick and easy check in safety deposit box is 3 euros a day plus 6 euros deposit which you get back, safety deposit box is in reception area.
The room we had was clean and basic, shower was powerful, balcony a fair size, and clean towels every other day.
Pool was clean, there was music playing all day, food was available there too.
2 Minute walk will take you to Mulligans at the edge of the Magaluf strip, and also same time will get you to the beach via some steps.
Was suprised at home busy it was for the time of year, god help you if your here in peak season, as the only minus point of the trip was the annoying bar reps trying to get you into their pubs, i know its there job, but at times they can be a bit intimidating.
If i come back to Magaluf i would stay here, as was £24 each for 4 nights stay, location was great too.

Room Tip: Do not have a room near the road so anything 507-509 as is rather noisy at around 5am when you are t...

Went to this hotel with 11 lads in July 2012, the rooms were good despite some impurities such as little bits of dirt here and there. However the room was spacious for the money we had to pay. Showerroom was reliable enough and did the job. As for the pool area, absolutely amazing, 4 different pools. snooker tables, great beach bar and inside xbox with FIFA and other games on to play. Brilliant. We were on the ground floor and had no problems with theft or anything like that.Cleaners came every other day, didnt do the best job. But can you blame them, its magaluf... Many people said the hill was a problem. However i think this is a total exaggeration, the hill isnt that bad and when drunk is barely even an obsticle. The hotel was in a great location right in and among magaluf nightlife, not suitable for family holidays in my opinion. The staff were mainly friendly but in the early hours of the morning are quite aggressive. Leaving the rooms keys in the reception was a bit of a problem as you could ask for any key and they would just hand it over. Also the checking in system is the worst thing about this hotel, we arrived early in the morning and had to wait 4 hours for our rooms to be ready but this wasnt a problem as you can just chill by the pool. Finally watch out for the prozzies who lurk outside the hotel if alone they will often try and approach you in groups. They are big in stature and many people even some drunken lads wouldnt be able to stop them mugging them. Apart from that the area is amazing, cheap alcohol, great laughs. Would recommend the red lion and the magaluf club pass

Room Tip: Ground floor rooms as the corridors are like mazes and are hard to navigate. + we could walk out the...

After initially thinking that the unexplainable disappearance of both my mobile phone and camera from our room must have been my own fault, a clearer head points only to the option that the members of staff had helped themselves. Taking photos to record the water leaking quickly from the ceiling and phoning other members of our party made it clear to me that both items were not lost on my own accord, but in fact stolen by one of the four members of staff that were supposedly there to help us in a crisis. Disgusting.
As a female party of thirteen, we were disgusted by the attitude and language from the reception staff/night porters towards us, on several occasions being told to 'go away,' after reporting to them that our bedroom was rapidly pouring with water from the ceiling. Also told to 'sleep on the beach' after discovering one of our room doors had been forcefully opened. This is followed by many obscenities, that would 100% never be tolerated at home.
You are meant to feel safe, with help at hand if you should so need it when staying in any hotel. This was most definitely not the case at this hotel. I would advise anyone that although in a location very central to the bars and restaurants, the worry that your valuables are not safe in a locked room weighs heavy on your mind, and are expensive to replace.

Had unfortunately had to stay here one night, due to the hotel we were booked into being flooded???? Later found out they had over booked!!! Reception looked nice, but doing the rat run to the room, avoiding urine, sick and used condoms in the corridors and lift, the room wasn't much better, prostitutes sitting on the wall just outside.
Ok if you're just off to get wasted for a weekend and have no morals, but not for any longer, the bedroom windows are 8 ft off the ground with bars across, you make you're own mind up about how secure it is, lol

Me and my fiance stayed here for the weekend, wish i would of stayed elsewere. The hotel is in a good location, right by all the bars and restaurants, really close. The hotel though is on a very steep hill, i kept thinking i was going to fall down it, i might of if i wore heels. The hotel is very basic looking, more like a 2 star, not nice. The staff were nice, friendly, easy to speak to. The hotel looks old, needs refurbishing badly, felt horrible staying there. Our room was old and manky, cupboard doors hanging off, felt like i didnt want to touch anything. The bedroom was the nicest room, quite cosy, that looked ok. All the furniture needed dumping, all scratched, couldnt wait to get out. Didnt like sitting on the balcony, rubbish view of a wall, glad i was only there the weekend. I wouldnt stay here again needs updating.
